Drug price blackmail

Who will have the wealth? How should wealth be distributed. The meaning of high drug prices is that research,innovation, altruism,compliance with regulations should be rewarded.
This all seems reasonable but the extent of the reward comes to a redistribution of the total national (and world) wealth.

The redistribution is not entirely wrong but the steps involved in the redistribution lack compassion for the victims... the patients.

Standing by as innocent people are victimized by an institutionalized process is a sin. You shall not stand by the blood of your neighbor. (Leviticus
19:16). This idea is reinforced in the modern era by the NAZI experience.

So, what should be done now?
